After my business studies degree, I worked in IT for 13yrs.  Then in 2000 I retrained to become a healer, Reiki master & coach.  After learning several complex therapies, I returned to my roots to offer a mixture of Healing and Coaching.   

But because of my business experience, I always tended to be most in demand for my business coaching.  As well as working in corporate, I also owned a ‘bricks and mortar’ business for 6yrs (a Hair & Beauty Salon & Spa), plus was involved in a clothing business for 7yrs.  At one point, I even made more money from Content creation as a ‘Mummy Blogger’, than I did as coaching – that was a wild ride!

So I understand the differences between multiple types of business: Corporate, Bricks & mortar, Manufacturing, Self Employed service provider,  even a stint in network marketing (which I was terrible at LOL!).  

But I also know how much harder it is as a mum, especially a single mum, with the added complication of having a chronic health condition & Neurodivergent kids.  I am so over the ‘hustle culture’ behind most coaching, which is frankly generally a dodgy pyramid scheme, that takes no responsibility and offers no return on investment *rant over*.

I’m an unusual mixture between being extremely grounded and practical, with a strong technical bent, whilst also having studied personal and spiritual development much more extensively and deeply than most.

I don’t have the time/energy to always follow the logical route, so I combine intuitive action with knowledge and a common sense approach.
