This is how this program can adapt to whatever changes occur as you grow older or new challenges come along. It takes a while to break old habits, but once you are reliably listening to your body, everything slots into place.
Reboot Your Body Program:
This program is great for kick starting your body, if you need to change some old habits, or kick start your weight loss program. It includes the [Reboot] one and three day detoxes, recipes and decluttering tips.

The priority is always health over fitness & fitness over weight (although obviously there are overlaps).
We also look at sleep, stress management & how to handle chronic health conditions. Meditation, Journalling & an alternative approach to the Law of Attraction are key.
My aim is to help you to feel fabulous and have all the energy you need to enjoy your life and family!
I’m very passionate about us mums enjoying our lives to the fullest, and being able to make the most of our time with our kids.
I understand what it’s like to struggle with this, and how difficult it can be as a mum with our time and resource limitations.
When I first learned these secrets I went from a size 18 with PCOS to a size 10, and then applied it to the many different changing circumstances as a Mum, and the health challenges I have faced.
I love sharing everything I’ve learn’t with you, so that your journey can be so much easier and more fun than mine!

- Programs are for a minimum of 3 months, but can be extended in 3 month chunks.
- If you need more support, you can add a pack of 1to1’s as well to work through more private or specific issues.
- This isn’t just about losing weight, so you can join in if you are just looking to feel healthier too.
- This is not a ‘quick fix’ or ‘fad’ solution.
- There will be no judgement on how you became unhealthy, unfit and potentially over weight
- Also no judgment on methods you lose to improve the situation, as we understand that there is no one solution for everyone. We don’t push one particular diet, in fact the focus is mainly on healthy eating – but there is advice on which one to choose and reviews to help you if you need.
- And no judgment on your targets, as some might with to become a marathon winner and others just to feel more comfortable in their own skin

Before I joined, I was feeling all over the place with my weight & health, I would feel guilty when when ever I made an unhealthy choice.
Since joining I have felt more focused on myself. I have joined the gym and make time for exercise, I have also noticed that I make more healthy choices & when I don’t, I don’t feel guilty, I enjoy my choice & make a healthy choices next time.
I am also sleeping better & waking up calmer.
I have lost weight, but most of all, It has been the change in my thoughts towards myself that I have noticed most.
I am wearing my Fitbit everyday & getting up to 16,000 steps a day.
